| Sarah has always loved the Outer Banks. That becomes apparent to all of Sarah’s clients when they talk to her about owning a home on the Outer Banks. Sarah’s fondness of real estate and homebuilding started at an early age. Her father is a custom builder/ developer back in her hometown of Richmond. Sarah can remember tagging along to walk- throughs and helping with punch lists since the age of nine.
